FlexiRPO has adopted this Code of Business Ethics and Conduct to ensure all employees, directors, and representatives act with integrity, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws, including those of Mexico. This Code supports our commitment to ethical recruitment and staffing services, fostering trust with our clients, candidates, and communities.

Our Board of Directors and all employees, regardless of position or location, adhere to this Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, ensuring ethical recruitment and staffing practices that build trust with clients, candidates, and communities.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
We ensure that all employees, suppliers, and representatives comply with applicable laws, including Mexico’s Federal Labor Law, General Law of the National Anti-Corruption System, and regulations on data privacy, labor rights, anti-corruption, and workplace safety. Key compliance areas include:
- Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery: Prohibiting bribes or improper payments in all business dealings.
- Labor and Employment: Upholding fair labor practices, non-discrimination, and safe working conditions.
- Data Privacy: Protecting personal data per LFPDPPP, ensuring secure handling and consent.
- Workplace Safety: Maintaining safe environments for employees and candidates.
Employees must respect local laws and consult supervisors, Human Resources, or Legal if unsure about compliance. Violations of this Code or applicable laws may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and potential legal consequences.
Purpose of the Code
This Code guides our employees, directors, and representatives in making ethical decisions, promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Its purposes include:
- Encouraging ethical conduct in all business activities, especially recruitment and staffing.
- Ensuring compliance with Mexican and international laws, including anti-corruption and labor regulations.
- Providing clear channels for reporting ethical concerns confidentially and without retaliation.
- Fostering fair, transparent, and inclusive practices to build trust with clients, candidates, and communities.
While no code can cover every scenario, this Code serves as a framework for addressing complex ethical issues. Employees should consult supervisors or Human Resources when faced with difficult decisions.
